FUTX Support

FUTX is the EA FC Ultimate Team Toolkit. Beta support is handled through the private beta channel that issued your license key.

When reporting an issue, include:

• FUTX version.
• Browser and operating system.
• The feature you were using.
• Exact visible error or toast text.
• Whether the Health Check is green.
• Screenshots only if they do not reveal sensitive account details.

Do not send EA cookies, EA session tokens, browser profile folders, or full club exports.

Live QA Checklist

Before marking a beta build releasable:

1. Fresh Chrome profile install from dist/futx-extension/.
2. License activation succeeds or valid cache fallback is explicitly verified.
3. EA login and FUTX hub open.
4. Health Check green.
5. Platform selected.
6. Club sync completes.
7. Generate Solution, Fill owned squad, set solving, Daily Planner, Pack Tools preview, Transfer Profits, and Evolutions are exercised.
8. Every mutation path shows a FUTX confirmation modal.
9. No destructive action is executed except an approved low-value test flow.
10. 30-minute normal-use run has no console errors, stuck panels, or broken EA navigation restore.
